Marie-Clara Thaureux, Recruitment Director at LaytonAndrews Search and Selection has been appointed as Ambassador, Channel Islands for the Institute of Recruiters (IOR). Marie-Clara will also sit on the Agency Advisory Board of the IOR using her knowledge and expertise to assist in the expansion of the fastest growing professional body providing guidance, training, education and networking to Agency Recruiters, In-House Recruiters and Human Resources.

Azmat Mohammed, Director General of the IOR says: ‘A key aspect in the mission statement of the Institute of Recruiters is to place Britain firmly on the map as the World centre of excellence for recruitment training and standards. The support from Marie-Clara Thaureux will take us one step closer to that goal. ’
