I started my recruitment career in early 2007 and quickly fell in love with my job shifting my 9-5 into a career. In 2012 I created LaytonAndrews with the vision of a better recruitment consultancy than I had ever seen exist. Together with my team we built LaytonAndrews, a consultancy that is modern, accessible, professional and pro-active.
When I am not working on my vision of a better tomorrow, you will probably find me reading, surfing or running, enjoying all Jersey has to offer.

I shared Marie-Clara’s vision and joined LaytonAndrews as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in Sept 2012. With my drive and passion I play an integral part of the LaytonAndrews team. My background in Jersey’s public and finance sectors, alongside my positive outlook afforded me a natural instinct for placing the right people in the right careers.
When I’m not behind my desk you are likely to find me singing somewhere, whether there is music playing or not!
