Confirmation of places will be made in writing and guaranteed upon receipt of a deposit.
This deposit will be held for the duration of your first school year and will be refunded to you upon the completion of that final school term (i.e. 31 August). Please note that there is a £50.00 administration charge included within your deposit.
Fees are paid in advance and will be paid on the 1st of each month with additional hours being invoiced on a monthly basis. Even if your child is sick, payment for your child’s hours must be paid. Outstanding fees with incur a 5% surcharge if outstanding for more than 2 months. Any debts that require recovery by outside agencies will include charges levied by the agency.
Prep fees cover the term time hours of 8.30-3.30, Monday – Friday, as well as swim school fees. Additional hours and holiday cover can be arranged and will be charged at the current hourly rate. Prep class fees are divided into 12 monthly payments. During school holidays we offer a “holiday club” for which Preps have priority for a space. This is an organised programme of fun activities allowing the children to have a fun break from school but within a safe and familiar environment. Availability for our holiday club is not guaranteed for pupils once they have left Monkey Puzzle.
